Shipping Guide

We provide a free, prepaid Canada Post shipping label for every order. Follow these steps to ensure your device arrives safely and you get paid fast.

1Prepare Your Device

Remove iCloud / Google Lock

We cannot buy locked devices. Go to Settings and sign out of your Apple ID or Google Account before resetting.

  • Backup your photos and contacts.
  • Factory Reset your device (Erase All Content and Settings).
  • Remove SIM card and SD card.
  • Clean the device (optional but appreciated).

2. Print Your Label

Check your email for the prepaid shipping label we sent you. Print it out clearly.

3. Pack Securely

Place your device in a sturdy box with bubble wrap or crumpled paper. Do not use a plain envelope. Tape the box shut and attach the label.

4. Drop Off

Take the package to any Canada Post location. Ask for a receipt with the tracking number so you can track your shipment.
